Miracle Slimming & Beauty Pearl Barley Red Bean Soup


METHOD
1. Wash pearl barley, and soak it for ½ hour; drain and ready it for use; wash red bean, soak it for 6 hours, ready it for use.
2. Pour pearl barley and red bean into a pot, add in water and cook until boil. Then, turn to low heat and boil it slowly.
    Add in rock sugar when the textures become thick gravy and continue cooking until all sugar melts away.

TIPS
1. Pearl barley red bean soup is an excellent healthy food.

Miracle Organic Black Bean Brown Rice


METHOD
1. Wash and soak the organic black bean overnight, ready it for use.
2. Wash the brown rice and soak it for 3 hours, ready it for use.
3. Cook the organic black bean and brown rice in a rice cooker, add in water until water level cover the rice.

TIPS
1. When the rice is cooked, do not turn off the power immediately.
    For better result, continue stew it for 10 minutes more.
2. Both organic black bean and brown rice are whole grains.
