Miracle Organic Black Bean Brown Rice


METHOD
1. Wash and soak the organic black bean overnight, ready it for use.
2. Wash the brown rice and soak it for 3 hours, ready it for use.
3. Cook the organic black bean and brown rice in a rice cooker, add in water until water level cover the rice.

TIPS
1. When the rice is cooked, do not turn off the power immediately.
    For better result, continue stew it for 10 minutes more.
2. Both organic black bean and brown rice are whole grains.
    Long term intake helps to promote digestion, soften blood vessels, beneficial skin health, anti-aging,
    improve immune system, accelerate blood circulation and reduce fat and cholesterol.
